Breakfast Stools
Breakfast stools are known for being much shorter than regular bar stools, and for this reason alone, not to mention what the name implies, many people shy away from investing in breakfast stools. What many people don’t know, however, is how many options and benefits there are to buying and owning breakfast stools. They aren’t just plain Jane wood stools anymore, and there is a lot more to them than most think.
Most breakfast stools sold today come with a breakfast cart. A set of breakfast cart and two stools can be invaluable in a household that doesn’t have room enough for a large dinner table, or for someone with a small breakfast nook that just doesn’t look right with a standard size table in it. The cart and breakfast stool combination saves space while allowing for a comfortable seating area for breakfast. Using stools instead of table chairs allows you to use the stools for other purposes too, like karaoke night or at your mini bar when you and your spouse have drinks. The breakfast bar and stools are a really good option when considering whether to buy breakfast stools.
Like bar or counter stools, breakfast stools come in many materials, heights and other options. Breakfast stools can be found in wrought iron, aluminum or other metal, as well as several different types of wood. Some breakfast stools come with adjustable heights, and most come with a swivel seat for easy movement and access. Many stools like this also come with already upholstered cushions, but for those that don’t, cushions are easily made and used for them. Most stools come with no back because of the necessity for less space to be taken up by them.
Because many people think that breakfast stools are small and simple, they don’t believe they can add anything to their personal home style. However, because of the different wood types used, wrought iron options, and upholstery options, breakfast stools are as quaint and stylish as ever, depending on your style. Chrome plated breakfast stools with black cushions would look great in a New York loft, or smaller wooden ones with bows at the edges of the cushions could look great in a rustic cabin, for example.
